Today is my last day at Origin and what a five and a half years it's been.

When I joined, Origin had one clinic in Brentwood. We now have 20+ clinics, 100+ providers, and a platform that has grown from seed to Series B. I'm incredibly proud of the role I played in building the foundational infrastructure that made that scale possible: flexible enough to evolve with every expansion and new business line, yet robust enough to hold the complexity.

Some highlights I'll carry with me:

About six months ago, I approached Carine Carmy, Nick Kavassalis, and Agatha Baldwin about next steps in my career. I'm proud to be handing over the baton in good shape, and cheering on the next stages of growth.

I know it's a little unconventional to be this transparent about a departure. But I have so much respect for this team and the mission behind this company that anything less felt wrong.

From here, I'm carving my own path. I'm launching ARK Foundry, a consulting practice focused on helping health tech companies navigate the 0→1 space, building platforms with scale, complexity, and a genuinely upgraded experience for both clinicians and patients in mind.

And I'll be staying on as an advisor to Origin, so today isn't goodbye, it's "talk to you next week."
